Our centers: five consultation and intervention locations in the Île-de-France region
Consultations, imaging, and procedures are spread across five locations in Paris and the Essonne department. The location of your care depends on the scheduled examination or procedure—you will be informed of this when making your appointment.
Locate our five sites
Three of them are located in Paris or the inner suburbs, and two in Essonne. This distribution is due to the nature of the facilities: an interventional radiology room is not located everywhere, and consultations can be held closer to you.

How is your care organized?
The consultations
They take place mainly at the Prostate Center, at the Blomet Clinic in the 15th arrondissemente district, as well as at the American Hospital of Paris and the Clinique de l'Yvette. This is the time when your file is reviewed, tests are prescribed, and the strategy is decided.
Imaging and assessment
The Blomet site brings together a CT scanner, MRI, and ultrasound. This is where most one-day prostate check-up, the prostate MRI and the arterial CT angiography prior to embolization.
The interventions
L'prostatic artery embolization requires a dedicated vascular suite. Three of our sites have one: the American Hospital of Paris, the Geoffroy Saint-Hilaire Clinic, and the Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien.
Gestures of pain
Cryoneurolysis and pulsed radiofrequency are performed at the Blomet site. These techniques are specifically intended for certain chronic pelvic pain conditions, as part of a chronic prostatitis resistant to standard treatments.
Who is taking care of you
The same team operates across these different sites. It brings together interventional radiologists and interventional urologists specializing in prostate care, under the supervision of Dr. Antoine Hakimé.
Several of them also practice in hospital settings—American Hospital of Paris, South Francilien Hospital Center, Gustave Roussy Institute—which explains the distribution of the intervention locations.

If you live outside the Paris region or abroad, the steps are grouped together as much as possible to limit travel. Two formats exist: the one-day check-up and the route One Week Prostate.

How do I know which website to visit?
The location is indicated to you when making the appointment, along with the full address and access details. It depends on the scheduled examination or procedure, and not on your place of residence.
Can I be tracked on a single site?
Often, yes. Consultation, evaluation, and imaging can take place entirely at the Blomet site. Only the procedure requires a vascular suite, which is available at three of our sites.
Do prices vary by location?
The coverage terms depend on the facility and the nature of the procedure. A cost estimate is provided to you prior to any intervention.
Can I choose my intervention site?
Your constraints are taken into account as much as possible. However, the choice depends on room availability, the practitioner treating you, and the chosen technique.
